Circuit Zandvoort threads through the North Sea sand dunes on the Dutch coast, a short, old-school lap of just 4.259 km and 14 corners that flows up, over and around the terrain. Its modern signature is banking: the Hugenholtz hairpin and the final Arie Luyendyk corner are steeply banked, the latter taken almost flat and firing the cars straight onto the pit straight.

First used in 1952 and reborn for the championship in 2021, Zandvoort is narrow, undulating and relentless, with barely a moment of straight. Pole laps run into the 1:09s.
