The Marina Bay Street Circuit hosts Formula 1's original night race, run under floodlights through the heart of Singapore. It is a tight, bumpy, 4.94 km street lap of 19 corners hemmed in by walls, with the Marina Bay skyline and the bay itself as a backdrop. Heat and humidity make it one of the most physically punishing races of the year.
First held in 2008 and reprofiled into a faster final sector in 2023, Singapore rewards precision and stamina over outright speed. Pole laps run around 1:29.
