Interlagos, officially the Autódromo José Carlos Pace, is a short, old-school, anticlockwise lap in the hills of São Paulo, just 4.309 km but packed with elevation change, character and history. It runs downhill into the plunging Senna S, sweeps through the lake section, and climbs all the way back up to a long uphill pit straight where the slipstream is everything.
Home of the Brazilian Grand Prix since 1973, and the scene of countless title deciders, Interlagos is a fan and driver favourite. Pole laps run into the 1:10s, among the shortest laps of the year.
